Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with prospective Key Accounts in the decorative sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads within the region.
- Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations and detailed sales proposals to clients.
- Monitor sales pipeline performance and forecast future revenue to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Coordinate with logistics and technical support teams to ensure timely delivery and proper application of products.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and resolve issues to maintain a positive brand image.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Jotun's brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with decorative paints, coatings, or the construction industry is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cebu and neighboring provinces.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
