Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, and distribution sectors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Present and demonstrate logistics solutions to prospective clients through tailored proposals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic market penetration
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Strong understanding of Indonesian logistics market and regulatory environment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (for client visits)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
