Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and needs assessment
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Bali region
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Present company products/services effectively to potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience with track record of meeting targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
