Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients for property sales in Surabaya
- Present and demonstrate property features, benefits, and investment value to prospective buyers
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads and market insights
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and client relationship management records
- Stay current with real estate market trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or property sector
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (if property site visits required)
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and in teams
