Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- High level of integrity, dedication, and goal-oriented focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a significant advantage.
