Tanggung Jawab
- Market and promote company products to potential customers in the assigned territory
- Conduct regular business visits to existing and prospective clients
- Perform area surveys to identify new business opportunities and potential markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
