Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies for food products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across online/offline platforms
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective prospecting
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in FMCG/food industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid Malaysian driver's license (for field visits)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
