Amorita Resort is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive our hospitality growth in the competitive Taguig City market. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be instrumental in generating room bookings and banquet sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strategic client engagement, meticulous coordination of event requirements, and proactive relationship building with corporate and leisure clients. You'll collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, analyze market trends to identify new opportunities, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. - Drive room sales through proactive client engagement and strategic relationship management
- Manage banquet sales cycle from inquiry to contract execution
- Coordinate with event teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
- Develop and maintain corporate client portfolios for recurring business
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and customized packages
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in hospitality or luxury services
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
