Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential customers through various channels, including networking and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Manage customer relationships from the initial inquiry through to after-sales service.
- Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest Honda models and market trends to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automotive or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is required.
