Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the consulting sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to maximize profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a market advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required.
- Resilience and a positive attitude toward meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
