Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the consulting sector.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a market advantage.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
