In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new memberships, managing high-profile event bookings, and maximizing F&B sales opportunities. You will represent our brand's prestigious standard to a diverse clientele, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct personalized tours of the beach club facilities for potential clients to showcase our premium amenities.
- Drive membership sales and secure recurring revenue streams through persuasive negotiation.
- Manage event bookings and coordinate logistics with the operations team to ensure seamless experiences.
- Upsell food, beverages, and private villa services to maximize average ticket size and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, influencers, and corporate partners.
- Handle inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or tourism (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Valid ID card (KTP) and willingness to relocate to or work in Bali.
- Knowledge of the local hospitality landscape and social media trends is a plus.
