- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the electric vehicle and commercial transport sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Present tailored product demonstrations and solutions to prospective buyers to address their specific operational challenges.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve complex inquiries.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for regular management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the automotive or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology and green energy solutions is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Central Region for client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
