Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Promote company freight forwarding services through direct sales and networking
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely post-sale support
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive offerings
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outdoor sales or freight forwarding
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
