Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business leads to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to close sales effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in San Antonio, Metro Manila.
