Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking and market research
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Present and demonstrate innovative engineering solutions to meet client needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, contracts, and documentation
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in B2B environment
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of engineering or technology sector is highly advantageous
