As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you'll collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical insights, analyze market trends, and identify emerging opportunities. The position offers a platform to develop your sales acumen while working with cutting-edge automation technologies that transform manufacturing operations across Southeast Asia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new accounts in the automation machinery sector
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing markets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automation/machinery
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Understanding of automation technologies and industrial processes
