Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire and onboard new merchants through direct sales of GoPay products
- Develop and execute strategic merchant acquisition plans to meet monthly targets
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential business segments
- Present GoPay solutions and negotiate contracts with prospective merchants
- Provide ongoing merchant support to ensure activation and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and performance metrics
- Report on market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or merchant acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's commercial landscape
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
