Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand company market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present and sell company products/services to current and prospective customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Stay informed about product developments and industry trends
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
