Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the telecommunications and enterprise sectors.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful closing and account onboarding.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications or IT infrastructure services is a significant advantage.
  • Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is preferred.
