In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining long-term relationships with dental clinics, and ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new dental clinics and practitioners within the Selangor region to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our dental supply solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team regarding market demand and customer insights.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical sales experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or dental supply industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
