Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Promote and sell TINY GREENS Chinese medicine products to new and existing customers.
- Provide expert product consultation and exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and store activities.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and local retailers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM with at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with Chinese medicine or holistic health products is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport are preferred.
