Tanggung Jawab
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels including networking and research.
- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention.
- Analyze client requirements to propose tailored business solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
