Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Bekasi and surrounding regions.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing retail partners and clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and sales demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare sales reports, track market trends, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Execute effective sales strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, or FMCG.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Bekasi and surroundings).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
