Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking activities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of Nanyang Tech's services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, negotiation, contract drafting, and closing deals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions post-sale.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the IT services or software industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Willingness to travel within the East Region as needed for client meetings.
