Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new merchants through strategic canvassing and market research in Tegal region
- Promote and sell GoPay payment solutions to diverse business segments
- Conduct comprehensive merchant onboarding ensuring system proficiency
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing business growth
- Track sales activities and performance against monthly/quarterly targets
- Provide market feedback to product development team for service improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B sales or merchant acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of digital payment systems (GoPay experience preferred)
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
