Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively acquire new merchants through strategic canvassing and market research
- Promote and sell GoPay payment solutions to potential business clients
- Conduct comprehensive merchant onboarding ensuring seamless integration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Valid SIM C and reliable personal transportation
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
