Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in hospitality/real estate
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with B2B client acquisition strategies
