Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
