Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.
