Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and product demonstration to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to showcase product value and address specific customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain an updated CRM database with accurate lead information, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Executive or similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for local client visits.
