- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
- Present product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability margins
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of Sulawesi Tengah market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
