Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, and tourism services to potential clients.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Prepare accurate quotations, contracts, and necessary documentation for clients.
- Conduct market research to understand travel trends and competitor activities in the region.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
