Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and canvass new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Master the art of negotiation to close deals effectively and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses in a timely manner.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in a Sales Executive or similar role, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities with a proven capacity to close deals.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English are highly preferred.
