Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contract agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (1-3 years experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a 'hunter' mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driving license (if applicable to the role).
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling objections and challenges.
