Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contract agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (1-3 years experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a 'hunter' mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driving license (if applicable to the role).
- Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling objections and challenges.
