Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present product demonstrations and vehicle details to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Close sales deals and negotiate terms to meet company targets and revenue goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer records, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with the finance and logistics team to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; high school diploma with extensive sales experience is also acceptable.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
