Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales and revenue growth for Encore Melaka and The Pines Melaka properties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners
- Conduct property viewings and deliver compelling presentations highlighting unique selling points
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate promotional events and digital campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales with proven track record in property development or real estate
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness to travel across Melaka
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is advantageous
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Results-oriented mindset with KPI-driven experience
