Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell MZ Marine Solution products to a diverse client base.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage the order process from initial contact to final delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance and update customer databases regularly.
- Collaborate with the logistics and support teams to resolve any customer issues.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the marine industry or technical products is a plus.
