Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and prospect new SME clients through high-volume outbound calling and lead generation activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, both virtually and in-person.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the SME sector.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize revenue while meeting client needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection in a high-volume cold-calling environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a KPI-driven role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and digital productivity tools.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
