Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients, highlighting value propositions and benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts while ensuring company guidelines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a market advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and resilience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
