Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnership and repeat business.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential buyers.
- Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
- Collaborate with the internal logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the steel, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation for client visits.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
