Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold calling.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Collaborate with the logistics and marketing departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a target-based environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Jakarta area.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
