You will work closely with the operations team to guarantee seamless service delivery while maintaining accurate records of all sales activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients in the logistics and shipping industry.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention rates and identify upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to build brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
