Tanggung Jawab

  • Market Development: Identify and approach potential clients in the textile and garment industry to generate new business leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat orders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the textile, garment, or manufacturing sector.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: A fast learner with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Confidence: High level of self-confidence and the ability to work independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
