The Habitat Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Penang Island. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and promoting our high-quality products and services.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and building our brand reputation. You will leverage your strong communication skills to negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Penang market.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Present product demonstrations and sales proposals to potential clients effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Penang Island.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
