Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Cirebon region.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking to expand client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and contribute to product development.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline within the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Executive or similar business development role, preferably in the Cirebon market.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
