Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the NVOCC market in Jakarta and surrounding regions
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies
- Present tailored NVOCC solutions to meet clients' international shipping requirements
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements while maximizing profitability
- Track sales performance against KPIs and provide regular progress reports
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of NVOCC operations and global shipping regulations
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex commercial agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events
