Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Present product solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/'O' Level qualification with sales experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven track record in B2B sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
