Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients across manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through targeted prospecting
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to achieve quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin, Malay, and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close complex deals
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Results-oriented mindset with track record of exceeding sales quotas
