Tanggung Jawab
- Drive industrial sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the environmental sector
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and market penetration strategies
- Manage Department of Environment (DOE) compliance documentation and regulatory requirements
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
- Represent Xantara at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized environmental solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial sales or B2B environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and DOE compliance standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness for client site visits
