- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in sales or business development (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with relationship-building abilities
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local market in Makati City and Metro Manila is advantageous
