- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for Hajj and Umrah packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations
- Present comprehensive package details, pricing, and itinerary options to potential customers
- Collaborate with travel coordinators to ensure seamless client experiences
- Track sales metrics and identify new market opportunities in the religious tourism sector
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation through CRM systems
- Participate in community outreach to expand brand awareness
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (1+ years preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Target-driven mindset with demonstrated achievement of sales goals
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic understanding of Islamic pilgrimage practices (Hajj/Umrah)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM platforms
